Omoda & Jaecoo International User Summit 2024: Ban Ki-moon Champions Sustainability as Two Nepalese Customers Join Global Dialogue

Recently, the 2024 Omoda &Jaecoo international user summit was held in Wuhu, China. Mr. Ban Ki-moon, the eighth Secretary-General of the United Nations, attended the large-scale green charity cycling event, witnessing the signing and launch of the 'Cherish Nature' global cooperation project between Omoda & Jaecoo's parent company and the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), and delivered a speech.

During the event, Mr. Ban Ki-moon acknowledged the contributions of the company in the global new energy sector. He emphasized the significance of the green cycling initiative in promoting sustainable development concepts and raising public awareness of environmental protection, calling for global collaboration to drive green transformation and achieve a low-carbon future.

To deeply implement the concept of sustainable high-quality development and achieve harmonious growth across society, Omoda & Jaecoo’s parent company announced the establishment of a global ESG alliance after Ban Ki-moon's message. This initiative aims to enhance collaboration with various sectors and build a global eco-community focused on 'innovation, green, and sharing'.
